  2. Instead of Left / Right side it might be better to use "Driver Side" / "Passenger Side" …ex: Driver Side Door, Passenger Side Headlight.

Al Barakah Auto Spare Parts is today one of the Largest Auto Parts company in the region for Japanese Genuine Car Parts. Under the unique and successful leadership of Mr. Attaullah Azad , Al Barakah Auto Spare Parts has grown phenomenally over the last 2 decades ever since its inception in 1989. Thanks to the dedicated team work of our experienced and valuable employees.

The supreme strength of Al Barakah Auto Spare Parts is the extensive range and ready availability of the entire parts spectrum of an automobile in multiple brands and origins to choose from. Whether it is a small Bulb or the most sophisticated engine component, a tiny body clip or a huge body panel, it is readily available in the inventory. Due to the sheer volume of sourcing coupled by strong relation over the decades with our trusted suppliers, Al Barakah Auto Spare Parts can always offer a reasonable price for its customers while "Zero" tolerance on the Quality of the parts it delivers.

We believe "honesty is the best policy" even in business and "Al Barakah Auto Spare Parts" strongly advocates ethical trading. Our numerous business partners across the globe testify the same apart from the acknowledgements from countless satisfied customers throughout the region. We vouch for assertiveness, key ingredient of the sustainable growth.

Auto parts trade is largely of two kinds, wholesale and retail, the former is less complex while we consciously chose to focus on the later "Retailing" which is extremely demanding. Widespread knowledge, highly experienced workforce, strategically located outlets and extensive range of products in adequate buffer stocks are only few essentialities of retailing which is often extremely challenging.

For us an automobile is not just an A to B carrier, it is a "Life Carrier". Any component we supply truly holds on to our commitment towards the safety of automobile users. Al Barakah Auto Spare Parts is Where Quality, Availability and Affordability converge.

  5. I’m a female college student& just got a car; most of my college friends who drive know nothing about cars which is I find messed up. I’m studying pre medicine, but I find the car internal really interesting although everything is new and looks foreign to me!! Thank you for this.

  6. Who else smoked a fatass blunt, sat down on the couch, and was just scrolling through the comments ? And stopped on the cocaine joke? Lmaooo😂🖕😎💨

  7. Thanks for sharing.. good job. please make a new video; an updated version with modern cars of new .Model and Luxury cars.. Like Jaguar, Mercedes etc. Thank you

  8. Great video, very informative! I had always wondered the official name for that shelf behind the rear seats. In my family we always called it a "laughing place." Apparently, back in the days before modern auto safety standards, when my mom and/or her brother would get bored on long road trips, they would lay across that shelf and my grandpa would tell them jokes, so… laughing place. I still call it that sometimes and my wife looks at me like I'm insane lol

  9. 1:20 VIN (Vehicle Identification Number)
2:40 Manufacturers Date, Gross Vehicle Weight. (Side of the driver’s door) 3:24 (under the hood)

  10. omg I would have never thought that the car being able to get smashed up easier as opposed to old more firm rigid cars was actually a safety feature.

  11. what a comprehensive explanation of different parts of a car, certainly a must watch for new car owners, for those who want original parts of top auto companies can visit ecco.com.my

  12. I’m watching this for the sake of learning about cars. My dad knows some stuff about cars but he’s more into taking cars into the shop for maintenance/fixes rather than doing stuff himself. I’m trying to learn more about cars so that I could start potentially fixing up my own car whenever it has issues, and do the maintenance as well (oil and such). You save a lot of money over time by doing this stuff yourself, and I’m trying to get into the money saving habit.

  13. My Dad was and will always be, a Hippy. The Guy's awesome, but I'm in the dark on cars. I want to know as much as I can and knowing how to play guitar, ain't going to help. 🙂
Thanks Eric. I'm looking over your shoulder now, My Man.

  14. It’s called a glove box in uk as well their called that because back in the day people used to sore their gloves in them hence the name glove box

  15. the left and right of the vehicle are the same in the uk. sit in right front but left mirror is still same place. Awesome vid btw great information.

  16. 21:42
Note – If there's a light in there, then it's a side marker light
If there isn't a light in there, then it's just a reflector (front reflectors are usually orange/white) (back reflectors or usually red)

  17. I’m hoping to get a job in a couple years that involves me needing to know a lot about cars. My dad has tried countless times to teach me about cars but I never really understood. This videos makes it so much easier to understand. Thanks!

  18. Who else is here because they wern’t taught growing up and are teaching themselves for their own knowledge and to teach our future kids?

  19. thank you so much, your knowledge and humor are refreshing. I appreciate this video as a woman easily taken advantage of at the mechanics

  20. in Australia we have RHD vehicles and we have those stickers on the drivers side, long with the OBDII port as well, it would also be strange if the hood latch release was on the passengers side.

Most cars are now leaning towards putting the hazard button in the middle of the vehicle… because you don't need to be the driver to declare an emergency

  21. First 24 minutes were very basic, and could probably be skipped. The last 12 minutes were good, though.

  22. @6:27… is it really pronounced assessories like you say it because i've always said "excessories". lol

  24. Informative review, if someone want to know more about the basic components of a modern car. I recommend this linkecco.com.my

  25. I need to watch this video a few times cause I don’t know anything! And I’m trying to get in the automotive industry and hopefully apply for an apprenticeship 🙂

  26. Well americans driving only automats is a good thing here in europe they will rev their 1.4 golfs in 3rd gear to 6k revs

  27. Just started tech school. This really helps. Not really a car guy prior, but very interested. Learning all this from scratch as a prior chemistry student.lol

  28. My dad was a mechanic but he never taught me a whole lot about cars. His attitude when I was a kid was that I was "going to use my brain instead of my hands" to make a living. He did teach me basics like changing oil and tires etc. but not much more. Of course this was in the 80s and cars were much different then, 70s era cars were still common on the road. You didn't have all the computerization going on. I don't think he meant it to sound like mechanics were "dumb" or anything like that. Just that he wanted what he considered "better" for his son.

  29. thank you so much for making this video, I'm 21 and I'm really interested in knowing more about cars, hopefully when i can actually afford one one day this might be really useful info hahaha…this video really helped me thank you man

  30. Hello Eric
I bought a Mercedes A class yesterday from some selling on facebook in UK .
The car is now making a noise and saying transmission error , what should I do ? How much would be the charges that i have to incur for this type of error ?
    Please guide me .
    Thanks

  31. This video would benefit us greatly if it had subtitles. There are so many technical terms, car jargon and knowledge/experience going on here that even a 10th viewing won't let a car beginner like me suAck all of it.

Edit: (3 hours later) I LOVE YOU for this video! Thanks! (I downloaded it as well for future reference.)

  32. Wow, 36 minutes of basic run-down of the inside of a car and I went out to take a look inside my car and I was able to identify all the major parts under the hood. Fantastic video, wish they still offered star ratings. Easy 5.

  33. I've always wanted to learn about cars and I'm writing a book where the main character knows a lot about them lol, thanks for making this dude
