Interview Test Drive – Enterprise Jobs and Careers

Hey Cameron. Hey. How are you? I’m Kyle. How’s it going? Nice to meet you. Hi Carolyn. Hi guys, how are ya? Good. How are you? Good! We thought to get you calm we would start
with some nice calming rain sounds. So deep breath in. And out. Alright, that’s enough of that. I was hoping you could start by telling us,
what is the role that you’re applying for at Enterprise? I am applying for the Management Trainee position
with the company. Great. What appeals to you about this role? A couple of my teammates actually went in
to Enterprise after college, they had a lot of good things to say about the company and
the Management Training Program does have a great reputation. So I was hoping you could tell me what are
some questions that tripped you up or gave you some trouble in the past, and we can go
through them and try to work through them. I would definitely say that just the introduction,
tell me about yourself part, is the hardest for me. Sure. Yeah, it’s a tough question. It’s a question that plagues a lot of people
all throughout their career. The formula you can follow to answer this
question is, where have you been, where are you now, and where are you going? So you were a professional athlete? Yes. What do you think are some of the things that
you take from baseball and apply to the Management Training Program at Enterprise? Sure. I think teamwork. I’m comfortable in that environment through
baseball. I think leadership and communication. That’s fantastic. That’s exactly the kind of thing that takes
a good answer to a great answer. You’re working in your personal story, you have an experience
that not a lot of people have. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Well definitely all of my experience has been
customer service based. So I obviously like working with people and
want to continue doing that throughout my career. And one thing that I really like about Enterprise
is the opportunity to continue moving forward in the customer service field, but also serving
other employees and helping your coworkers. Moving into HR or something along those lines. I think is very appealing as well. Kyle, is it time yet? I think it might be time. Why don’t you come clean? Carolyn, you’re doing a fantastic job, and
I have to reveal to you that I’m more than just a driver, I’m actually an Enterprise
employee. I’m the Talent Manager for Enterprise and
I interview people, every day. And what Kyle’s telling you about bringing
in the athletic experience you have, that is something that I think Enterprise would
really embrace. And the beauty of our company is, as Carolyn
obviously has done her research, you start at entry level, but where you go from there
depends on you. I certainly applaud you on knowing what you
want in a career. And now, we’re gonna jump into something that
we like to call, the lightening round. The lightening round! Describe yourself in three words. Caring. Passionate. Intelligent. What’s the first thing you do when you wake
up in the morning? Coffee. How about the most used emoji? That one. Oh, OK. This has been great. I think that you’re ready. You’re as prepared as you’re going to get. You’re going to knock em dead in there. You have all the answers that you need, so
go ahead in there and do your final interview. And let us know how it goes. Go tell your story. Thanks! Good luck Carolyn! Good luck Cameron. Thanks for coming with us. Thank you.
